Zhejiang BONDLYE Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. was established in April 2000 with a registered capital of 40 million yuan. It is a key high-tech enterprise of the National Torch Plan, a vice chairman unit of the China Motor Vehicle Pollution Prevention and Control Commission (CVEC), and a director unit of the Aftertreatment Branch of the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers, specializing in the research, development, production, and sales of various road vehicles, non road mobile machinery, and ship exhaust purification products, including catalysts, exhaust manifold assemblies, EGR coolers, and diesel engine after treatment products (DOC/DPF/SCR).

The company is located in Linhai City, a national historical and cultural city in Zhejiang Province. It is adjacent to the Yongtaiwen Railway and Expressway to the east, Taizhou Airport and Taijin Expressway to the south, National Highway 104 to the west, and Ningbo Airport and Ningbo Port to the north, with convenient transportation.

The company has a garden style factory area covering approximately 80 acres. The first phase of the factory has a construction area of approximately 36000 square meters and has an annual production capacity of 1 million sets of various post-treatment products. There are currently over 200 employees, including more than 50 professional and technical personnel; There is one provincial-level enterprise research institute, which has hosted and participated in 9 national level projects such as the National Key R&D Program. Shanghai Gedi Catalyst Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of the company, was established in August 2009. It is a high-tech enterprise specializing in the research and development, production, sales, and related technical services of catalysts for controlling motor vehicle pollution emissions. The company has gathered multiple industry technical experts and excellent management talents, and relies on internationally advanced catalyst formulas and production processes to provide customers with the most cost-effective products and services, with an annual production capacity of 1.7 million liters of various catalysts.
